Hi all--
OK, I know this is something of a touchey subject, but I can't help but step on my soapbox for just a second and encourage everyone to WEAR A HELMET. Not only is it good for your brain, but last summer I was diagnosed with a basal-cell carcinoma (read: cancer) on my forehead. It has been removed, but there is an 80% likelyhood that I'll have another within the next 5 years. It was most likely due to my bicycle-riding years, but it could just as well be on the bike. Helmets serve more purposes than might you think.
